Finally IT-BHU becomes IIT (BHU) Varanasi

From 29th of June 2012  IT-BHU shall be known as IIT (BHU) Varanasi.

Now Uttar Pradesh is the only State in India which has 2 IITs namely

  • IIT Kanpur, (Kanpur nagar)
  • IIT (BHU) Varanasi , (Varanasi)
