Stun the World with a Brilliant Memory

When I was a child, I always used to feel what if I had a magical brain which could remember anything which I read. Such fantasies of mine used to pop up mostly when I had to prepare for exams. Long studying hours, with frequent episodes of mugging up and forgetting the same after some timeĆ¢€¦.Ooops! Anyways, I have come over that period.
However, I still feel if I could help students get if not 100% then at least 10% of such an imaginative magical brain. Surprisingly, I have come to know about some of the tips which can actually help you increase your brain's capacity. There are some simple activities which when done on regular basis improves memory, and with a strong recollection power you can crack any examination without spending long hours on cramming the same stuff. Keep reading to learn about some of the surefooted tips and techniques.
Be Attentive: When you read, see or hear something, try to be cent percent involved into it. The more attention you pay on that something, the more you stuff into your brain. And the more you have stuffed, the more will your brain recollect when you need it to.   So, be attentive when you read in the class or at home.
Learn Your Way: Some grasp well by reading, some by watching and there are some who does so by hearing from some source. The style of learning is different for different individuals. Find out which way is the most effective in your case. Is it by reading, watching or by listening to others? Try to follow your particular style of gaining wherever possible.
Organize Information: Learn in an organized way. Avoid jumping between the chapters. Instead, try to start from the first, follow the sequence till you reach the last lesson. When you do this, you provide information to your brain in an organized manner, which is easier for it to produce when you want it to. Organizing the information also allows you to relate them with each other.  This again proves to be helpful during recollection.
Rehearse Information Regularly: According to many scientists, an average human brain can store a given piece of information for about 18 hours. This is the reason why you can recollect a thing learned today easily tomorrow but not the next day or the day after. However, when you revise the information, you increase its life in the brain and can recall it even after a couple of days. So, consider revising what you learn today on a regular basis. You would be able to recollect the same easily on the day of examination.
Be Positive: Someone has rightly said, "you become what you think." So, think positive about yourself. Think that you have a strong memory and that you can recall anything quickly. Think like this even if you don't feel the same for yourself. A day will come when your brain would start believing it and would start behaving as the same. This is an amazing trick to befool the brain for your good. Do try it out.
Now, you know about some of the simple and easy-to-follow ways. Give them a shot. Experience the result. The result is expected to be nothing less than a more brilliant and sharper you. Here's wishing you a happy learning!
