If you have a Hotmail/MSN account, you already have it :)
1) Go to Microsoft SkyDrive page.
2) Log in with your MSN account. (or register)
3) Enjoy your 25GB of Web Storage :) You can create folders, upload/download files, even share files with your friends.
The best part of this service is you can create a virtual folder on your PC and access it with Windows Explorer! Just download SDExplorer (click on 'free download' to download the base version which is free) and install it.
