Be Physically Active: While preparing for exams, you often ignore to play or be physically active. You think you would waste a couple of valuable hours if you go out. Sleep Well: When you sleep, your body repairs damages caused to it. This is very important for you to wake up fresh and energized every morning, both to prepare for your exams and to do well in it. So, sleep for at least 6-8 hours a day. Make your daily routine such that you get the required length of sleep everyday.
